Linda Sager is a founding principal of the firm whose practice is focused on insurer advisory representation and related litigation in complex matters involving a wide range of insurance programs for sophisticated insureds. Her emphasis is on providing effective, practical and targeted advice in complex, high-exposure matters.
Throughout her career, Linda has successfully represented insurers in a wide range of high value coverage disputes, including claims and coverage litigation related to construction, wildfires, infrastructure, mining, water rights, intellectual property, product liability, sexual abuse, and business disputes. Linda also has significant experience and expertise with complex insurance programs involving captive/reinsurance matters, retrospective premium disputes and program close-out activity.
When the stakes are high, and insurers are facing large or uncertain exposures in complex environments, they regularly turn to Linda to work with claims executives to formulate the appropriate strategy and guide them to a successful resolution. Linda also is regularly retained by insurers to provide training to claims groups and underwriters on cutting edge topics and new risk profiles.
Beyond work, Ms. Sager enjoys time outdoors, running, photography, art, cooking and spending time with her husband and two sons.
