Devin McDaniel is an associate attorney at Herold & Sager.

Devin’s practice includes representing insurers in high-exposure coverage disputes arising under commercial general liability, excess, umbrella, foreign local, and specialty liability policies, including OCIPs. He routinely provides comprehensive coverage analysis to insures on sophisticated questions of policy interpretation, contractual indemnity, additional insured coverage, allocation, and defense and indemnity obligations. Devin also has prior experience with entertainment, copyright, trademark, licensing, and business formation law.

Devin graduated from the University of Southern California and subsequently earned his J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with his friends and family.
