About Brandon A. Howerton
Brandon Howerton is a partner at Herold & Sager. His areas of practice include advising insurers on third-party coverage in complex claims and representing insurers in coverage litigation involving primary, excess, and OCIP/CCIP policies.
Brandon has extensive experience in advising insurers or coverage issues related to third party property damage, third party personal and bodily injury, products liability, habitability claims, and contractual and additional insured risk transfer issues. Brandon has also represented insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation throughout the western United States.
Brandon graduated from the University of California, San Diego, cum laude, and subsequently earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Outside of work, Brandon spends his time outdoors in the mountains and the ocean.
