About Brooke M. Mullvain

Brooke Mullvain is a partner at Herold & Sager. The primary focus of her practice is advising clients in complex insurance coverage disputes across a variety of claim environments including mass tort, sex abuse and molestation, product liability, and environmental liability.

Brooke’s experience includes providing comprehensive coverage analysis on complex issues involving commercial general liability, excess and umbrella, OCIP/CCIP, and professional liability policies. Brooke has also represented clients in coverage litigation involving multi-carrier disputes, including through successful appeal. In addition to her practice as an insurance coverage advisor and litigator, Brooke oversees associate recruitment, new attorney onboarding, and the summer law clerk program at Herold & Sager.

Brooke graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, cum laude, where she was a member of the 2010 National Champion softball team, and subsequently earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Brooke was a published writer for the San Diego Law Review and externed for the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan of the United States District Court, Southern District of California.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys reading, watching sports, and spending time with her husband and three kids. She is also heavily involved in the Alumni Association at Cathedral Catholic High School (Del Mar) where she served as Board President for over five years.
