Devin McDaniel is an associate at Herold & Sager.

Devin’s practice includes analyzing complex coverage issues across a variety of claim environments including construction, product recall and liability, and transportation. Devin also has prior experience with copyright, trademark, licensing, and business formation law.

Devin graduated from the University of Southern California and subsequently earned his J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Devin worked as a research and editorial intern at NBCUniversal and subsequently at “Larry King Now,” produced for distribution on Hulu.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with his friends and family.
