About Drew P. Rosell

Drew Rosell is a partner at Herold & Sager. He specializes in representing insurers in litigated matters related to complex coverage and bad faith disputes.

Drew’s experience includes litigating coverage for high-value claims involving commercial general liability, professional liability, environmental liability, and business auto policies. He has also brought affirmative claims on behalf of insurers and reinsurers against their managing general agents and third-party administrators seeking to recover amounts paid as a result of the MGA’s and TPA’s mismanagement of claims. Drew also serves as a mentor for firm associates with respect to litigation practice.

Drew graduated from Chapman University, magna cum laude, and subsequently earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Drew externed for the Honorable Michael M. Anello of the United States District Court, Southern District of California.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys fishing, hiking, traveling, and e-biking.
