About Joshua A. Zlotlow
Josh Zlotlow is a partner at Herold & Sager and an experienced civil litigator. Josh’s experience includes litigation and arbitration of a variety of matters related to commercial litigation, professional liability defense, aviation litigation, and environmental coverage.
Josh’s background includes extensive litigation experience, including acting as lead counsel in an extended jury trial and arguing multiple cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Josh graduated from the University of California, San Diego, and subsequently earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. He was introduced into the world of insurance coverage while serving as a judicial law clerk in Delaware, where he worked on cases involving environmental remediation and aircraft products liability coverage for suits under the federal False Claims Act.
Outside of work, Josh is an avid cyclist and has participated in events that include the Race Across America, a 24-hour challenge from San Diego to Flagstaff that raises funds for breast cancer research. Josh is also a member of the Legacy Society of Jewish Family Services of San Diego and volunteers with his wife at Labrador Rescuers of San Diego, an all-volunteer foster-based rescue.
