Martha Klak is an associate at Herold & Sager.

Martha’s experience includes analyzing and evaluating the obligations of insurers in complex coverage matters relating to construction defects, product defects, and sexual abuse.

Martha graduated from San Diego State University, and subsequently earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she served as Conservatorship Clinic and Homeowners Clinic Chair for Pro Bono Legal Advocates and was a Certified Legal Intern for the University of San Diego School of Law Civil Clinic.

Outside of work, Martha enjoys discovering new music, reading, staying active, and exploring new destinations through travel.
